Nutter Butter Chocolate Bark
This is a really easy one ladies and gentlemen. Nutter Butters are fabulously delicious, chocolate almond bark is awesome, and peanut butter, I mean, come on!
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 pkg chocolate almond bark
1 pkg nutter butter cookies (large or small)
1 cup peanut butter
Cut off six squares of chocolate almond bark from your block. I would recommend trying to cut those squares into smaller pieces if possible for easier melting. Throw those pieces in a microwave safe bowl. Put two minutes on the microwave and stop to stir every 30 seconds until fully melted.
Take your package of Nutter Butters and put into a gallon Ziploc bag. Crush. Make a fist and Hulk smash those bad boys. Mix the crushed Nutter Butters in the bowl with the melted chocolate almond bark. Pour the combination onto a sheet pan with wax paper on it and smooth it out with a fork or rubber spatula. It should be about a half inch thick (but you can spread as you please). Put your pan in the fridge for an hour and you’re done! When you pull it out, cut into piece with a knife and store in the fridge to prevent melting.
You’re probably in a chocolate and holiday treat coma at this point, but definitely put this goodie on the top of the list for next year!
